Daniel (Master Stylist/Owner) - I love what I do! In my thirty years of learning the hair industry, I continue to develop and perfect the skill of communication. I have the ability to listen and guide my guest into a great look. I consider it an honor when I hear a guest say I trust you, make me look the way you think I will look best. My team and I continually expand our minds by challenging our skills and by being aware of our unlimited potential. I thank all of you who continue to choose our salon.

Carlos (Studio Stylist) - The thing about hair for me is to get you to love your hair as much as I love doing hair. Finding the right look takes some work, and getting my guest in the right direction is my inspiration. Having my guest to look in the mirror every day and say “I love my hair” is what keeps me learning and motivated. Going to the Aveda Institute was the right decision. To get involved with a company that cares about the environment as much as I do and getting some of the best technical training was one of the best decisions of my life!

Ivy (Coach Stylist) - There is nothing more gratifying than when a guest comes back and says, “I love what you did, do it again!”
I grew up in Jacksonville and never experienced downtown until recently joining the Daniel James team. After being in the business for five years, I find downtown to be energizing. The history of Jacksonville meets with the progressive business world yielding a creative environment.
I strive to be a listener and a producer. I’ll combine your goals for your hair with my knowledge to create the look that fits your style and lifestyle.

Chudni (Coach Stylist) - Being a hairstylist is not just an occupation to me. I believe this is another avenue for me to give back, by using my skill. I feel good when I can help someone else feel better about themselves. When I think of Aveda, I think about all the good Aveda contributes to the community and the world. I believe that it’s just as important to give back, than to receive. I love working with the Aveda network, because I too care about my environment, my world, and the products I use. I not only want you to feel and look beautiful, to me that’s just the beginning. I want you to understand your hair and what it needs to stay healthy and beautiful.

Renee (Studio Stylist) - I recently relocated back to my hometown of
Jacksonville after completing the Aveda Master's
Program in St. Petersburg, FL. I truly believe that
my education with Aveda was the highest caliber of
training that I could receive and I am very thankful
to have found Aveda. My thirst for knowledge and
continued learning is well fulfilled by Aveda and
their belief that learning never ends.
I have always gotten a lot of satisfaction out of
doing nice things for others as well as making people
happy. Combining this with my passion for hair
coloring, cutting, and makeup; you will receive the
utmost attention and satisfaction when you are my
guest. I also thoroughly enjoy educating my guest
about their hair and I welcome your questions and
concerns. My goal is to make you feel incredible when

Amber(New Talent Stylist)I love working in the Aveda Network. After completing the masters program at the Aveda Institute, it led me here where I turned my passion and love for hair into a career. I am a firm believer that “your hair is your glory” (1st Corinthians 11:15). My mission is to enhance the total beauty that God has given you. I strive to give exceptional service and make a personal connection with my guest while educating you on how to keep your hair healthy and beautiful!

Laura(esthetician)Beautiful make-up and skin start with a great skincare routine. I aim to educate everyone about the importance of proper and consistent skincare for their individual skin type. I trained through an Aveda Institute in Seattle, WA and strive to teach people about the Aveda way and techniques in a professional environment. Make-up is also a passion of mine. As an artist I love helping every woman feel beautiful and confident. I have been an artist for several weddings and special occasions, but feel that anytime is a great time to treat yourself to a new look.
