We live in Iowa and have just recently been to Jacksonville for a visit. This is my second visit to the salon which is awesome. The salon is extremely clean with wonderful customer service. I was toured through the entire salon, had a complementary hand massage, and a designer hair cut and style by Dan. It is very clear each stylist has on-going education with product information, cutting, coloring, skin care, general dermatology conditions, and relaxation techniques. There were no distractions with gossip, loud talking and cell phones. Each client has full attention of their stylist - however they all work as a team. I would strongly recommend this 5-star salon to anyone.
